Ironically, that fact that our breath is so involuntary mostly, relates truly to how important it is for every single, miraculous body function that takes place for the most part, without us really even knowing.  When we breathe with intent and on purpose, MAGIC HAPPENS!!  Try it for yourself.  Just BREATHE a little deeper and longer and feel the warm tingle of energy flow through you and know your cells will respond by sharing some gifts with you. BRILLIANT & EASY!  Let’s keep breathing better every day!!
