It is quite magical when it happens, but the key to this proverbial door is locked to those who won’t look fear in the eye and take the first step. Like a magic potion…it is the exact recipe for dissolving fear! Like a lyrical dance it speaks to the universe, and fear itself is undone. Simple, sacred, science.

MEDITATION FOR FEAR
* Sit in easy pose and grab hold of your left ring [SUN] finger with all the fingers of your right hand.
* Let the thumb of the left hand go under the right one as you bring your hands together in this mudra.
